BROOKLYN CENTER, Minn. — An Anoka man has been charged with second-degree homicide for theof a lady in Brooklyn Heart on Sunday.
Brooklyn Heart police responded to the capturing at a residence on the 5400 block of 68th Avenue North round 1 p.m.
Police arrested the suspect, Michael Klinger, 36, later that day in St. Louis Park.
Along with second-degree homicide, Klinger is charged within the first diploma with aggravated managed substance crime and possessing ammunition or a firearm after being convicted for a violent crime.
In line with the criticism, witnesses on the residence stated the sufferer and her on-again-off-again boyfriend, Klinger, had been arguing within the different room once they heard a gunshot. Fearing for his or her lives, they fled the residence.
Klinger’s bail is ready at $1.5 million with circumstances.
The girl was recognized as 34-year-old Katie Ann Fredrickson.
