WASHINGTON: Worldwide donors agreed to launch $280 million in help to Afghanistan, the World Financial institution mentioned Friday, after repeated warnings that greater than half the inhabitants face “acute” meals shortages this winter.
The fund from the Afghanistan Reconstruction Belief Fund (ARTF) will go “to supply humanitarian help to the folks of Afghanistan at this crucial time,” the World Financial institution mentioned in a press release.
